While there has been little confirmation in the way of who's acting in Richard Linklater's "sort of" follow-up to Dazed and Confused, what we do know is that they'll be mostly unknowns. The film, carrying the moniker THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, is currently shooting around Texas in the likes of Austin, San Antonio, San Marcos, Taylor, Elgin and Bastrop. The flick is in its first week of production and producer Megan Ellison took to Twitter to hype up the proceedings a bit.

Producer Megan Ellison tweeted the following last week:

Given the cult status of DAZED AND CONFUSED as well as the critical acclaim of BOYHOOD, THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT may be one of the most anticipated films of the man's career. Taking a look at BOYHOOD and his illustrious BEFORE trilogy, Linklater approaches the idea of a sequel and the passage of time in a unique and fresh manner. If anyone could pull it off, it would be him. And if he happens to have a role for Matthew McConaughey, well that'd be alright, alright, alright.

Given the extensive CGI planned for this film, I'm guessing we can expect it to hit theaters sometime next year.
