This new clip from The Hangover Part III has Bradley Cooper doing all the work, Zach Galifianakis as his assistant, and Ed Helms standing there looking like an idiot

Despite promises to the contrary, THE HANGOVER PART III still looks like another copy of the original movie. Sure, the blackout drunk plot device may be gone, but the characters still seem to be trying to solve a mystery as hijinks ensue. I will admit I am intrigued to see just how graphic the giraffe scene will get and which characters will meet untimely deaths, but I am not holding out much hope for this supposed final chapter to deliver much else.

Case in point is this new clip featuring Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Ed Helms as they scramble to find Mr. Chow and save their friend Doug, again. Oh, I get it! This is totally different because this time they have to find Chow instead of vice versa! So clever!

If THE HANGOVER PART III ends up grossing a shitload of money as the prior films did, I anticipate another movie with these guys sometime in the next five years. My only request is that even if they decide to reunite everyone, pull an AMERICAN HORROR STORY and have them play totally different roles. Maybe Bradley Cooper as the villain, Ed Helms as the dope, Zach Galifianakis as the smart one, and Ken Jeong as…well he can be Mr. Chow again.

THE HANGOVER PART III opens in theaters on May 24, 2013.
