What’s New to Watch on Blu-ray: Weathering With You, Killing Eve and more!

Weather with You, Killing Eve, Blu-ray, September

Are theaters still closed in your area? Are you not willing to risk your health and the safety of others to witness Christopher Nolan's TENET on the big screen? Well then, you might be interested to know that today brings new Blu-rays to retailers.

While nothing "new" has hit shelves in quite some time due to COVID-19, cinephiles can still look forward to there being things worth checking out as some new releases have recently made their Blu-ray debut. To begin, we have GKIDS bringing Makoto Shinkai's WEATHERING WITH YOU stateside. From the acclaimed director who brought you such anime classics are YOUR NAME, THE PLACE PROMISED IN OUR EARLY DAYS, and 5 CENTIMETERS PER SECOND, Weathering with You tells the story of a high-school boy who has run away to Tokyo and befriends a girl who appears to be able to manipulate the weather. As a huge fan of the director's past work, I simply cannot wait to check this film out. In fact, I'm going to go place an order for it right now. Annnnnnnnnd … done!

Other highlights on the list for this week include the third season of the BBC's KILLING EVE, starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer, the action-horror film BECKY, starring Lulu Wilson and Kevin James, and Vestron Video's re-releases for LITTLE MONSTERS and SHIVERS.

If near-forgotten relics are your thing, be sure to grab a copy of Howard Stern's PRIVATE PARTS or Eddie Murphy's VAMPIRE IN BROOKLYN.

Click on any of the covers below to see what else is up for grabs, then just select the film you want to watch and we'll transport you to our Amazon store!
