Whether you love him or hate him it’s pretty hard not to be excited for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s return to acting. Am I the only one stoked to see The Govenator back on the big screen? Of course not.

With that being said I’m here today to give you all an update on one of Schwarzenegger’s returning films: Mikael Hafstrom’s prison break flick THE TOMB, which also stars Sylvester Stallone. Now the news today coming in from Variety has one hell of a cast building around this thing!

According to the site Vincent D’Onofrio, Vinnie Jones, Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson (above respectively) and Amy Ryan have all be cast in THE TOMB, with Ryan (below) stepping up for the female lead. Ryan will play Stallone’s business partner and potential love interest. D’Onofrio is in talks to play the deputy director of the Prisons Bureau who convinces Stallone to take one last job before he retires. Jones will play a ruthless guard with no moral compass who enjoys making life difficult for the protag. Sounds like it’s right down Vinnie Jones’ alley!

THE TOMB follows Ray Breslin (Stallone) who is the world’s foremost authority on structural security. He’s analyzed every high security prison and has gained a vast array of survival skills. But all Ray’s ingenuity and knowledge are about to be put to work in the most challenging test he’s ever faced: escaping from the master prison of his own design.

Jim Caviezel rounds out the cast for this one, which should start filming soon. As soon as we hear more from THE TOMB camp we’ll be sure to pass that shite right along to all of you.
