Chris Pratt wants Laura Dern to return in Jurassic World 3

Later this month director J.A. Bayona's JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM will be stomping through your local multiplex and we will get to see the return of Mr. Jeff huh, Goldblum to the dino series as good-old Dr. Ian Malcolm. But what about Laura Dern's return as Dr. Ellie Sattler?

Well, Dern teased EW back in December she would love the chance to return to the JURASSIC PARK series saying, "[It] could be fun. I mean, I love Ellie Sattler. She's a tough feminist! We need her back." And today we have word that JURASSIC WORLD star Chris Pratt would love to see Dern return as well.

Chris Pratt:

Anyway she wants to come in would be amazing. The fact that she'd be willing to is just another endorsement from one of the original cast members, which is music to our ears. [At] the end of this movie, you'll see, your mind will also explode with the potential of where this thing could go.

He then jokingly added:

Look, I don't make these calls — but you're hired, Laura!

Personally, I would love to see Laura Dern return of Ellie Sattler in JURASSIC WORLD 3. We got a (very) small taste of her back in the horrible JURASSIC PARK 3, but the David Lynch mainstay needs more love within the world of Jurassic shenanigans. Let's hope the powers that be bring her back to the park so to speak in JURASSIC WORLD 3. Until we hear more, remember that JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM will be hitting theaters June 22nd.
