Survive the new trailer for AMC’s The Walking Dead

A new trailer has arrived in anticipation of the return of AMC’s popular undead series “The Walking Dead” on February 8th. It’s not so much a trailer as it an excuse to show Rick Grimes’ Jesus-beard slaughtering stuff in the woods. I'm pretty sure it's just him fighting invisible monsters that his mentally unstable mind conjured up.

"The Walking Dead" returns with episode 5.09, following Rick and his band of survivors on the road, surviving day-to-day and just trying to hold on to what little they have left following the tragic events of the mid-season finale. I wonder how many episodes in until they run into a seemingly nice group of people who actually turn out to be robot vampire zombies out for blood and destruction?

Season Five follows is a story that weaves the true motives of the people of Terminus with the hopeful prospect of a cure in Washington, D.C., the fate of the group’s lost comrades, as well as new locales, new conflicts, and new obstacles in keeping the group together and staying alive.

It stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Melissa McBride, Emily Kinney, Danai Gurira, Chad Coleman and Sonequa Martin-Green.
