Michael Fassbender eyes a starring role alongside Natalie Portman in Jane Got A Gun

No, actually the film is called JANE GOT A GUN, and it might have Michael Fassbender.

Natalie Portman is already signed on to the film about, “a woman married to an outlaw who returns home bullet-riddled and half-dead, betrayed by criminal confederates hot on his heels. Fassbender would play the ex-lover Portman seeks out to help her defend her farm from the imminent onslaught of black hats.” Yes, this means that Fassy gets to be with more good looking ladies.

Lynne Ramsay (WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT KEVIN) will be helming the script from Brian Duffield. The script was on last year’s Blacklist.

Fassbender is currently spending his time on the set of Ridley Scott’s THE COUNSELOR. If the actor takes the role, he will star shooting early next year.
