Amber Heard’s Hollywood future could be seeing its first hit following her loss in the defamation suit brought upon her by Johnny Depp, and the following new is currently a rumor, but reports are surfacing that Warner Bros. is cutting all of her scenes from Aquaman 2.

The news comes from a fairly reliable insider named KC Walsh. The reports note that a meeting between the higher-ups was recently held to make the decision of removing Amber Heard from Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The actress filmed most of her scenes in London back in the fall of 2021 and, as heard during Walter Hamada’s testimony during the defamation case, Heard’s scenes were always planned to be limited from the beginning of the scripting phase because they were shifting the focus on different characters in the sequel. Reports surfaced earlier that Heard has about ten minutes of screentime in the sequel which means, if she is cut entirely, it may not be a total detriment to the film.

According to KC Walsh, if her scenes are cut it’s because Warner Bros. wants to keep any negative press away from the tentpole release which is set to arrive in March of next year. Again, this is just a rumor and we do have a lot of time until the film is released next year so this could all change. If it turns out to be true, this may indicate where Amber Heard’s career is headed because Johnny Depp has come out as the clear winner of their epic battle.
