Army of One starring Nicolas Cage drops a f*cking bonkers-ass trailer

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

You want bonkers Nicolas Cage, Cage-ing it up and chewing scenery like a rabid Pac-Man? Then boy do I have a movie for you! ARMY OF ONE has Cage playing Gary Faulkner, a loser guy with no direction or ambition (and who looks like a slightly skinnier Gary Gygax) until God (played by Russell Brand) comes down and gives him a mission: go to Pakistan and find Osama Bin Laden. From then on, it's all pure looniness. Faulkner hits on women by talking about how much he masturbated to them in High School, trains with a samurai sword he bought off e-bay, stumbles around and attacks random people in Pakistan, all while US agents try to reign him in.

This is all based on a true story, by the way.

Anyway, here's the trailer in all its Cage-y glory:

I don't know about you guys, but I'm down. Unfortuanately, if you've seen ZERO DARK THIRTY, the ending to this movie is already spoiled for you. But it's always about the journey and not the destination, right?

Anyway, ARMY OF ONE, directed by Larry Charles (BORAT), will be released upon an unsuspecting public November 4th, 2016.

So what's your favorite balls-out Cage performance? And why is it VAMPIRE'S KISS?
