This gory red-band trailer for Excision is all kinds of messed up!

You guys are familiar with Richard Bates Jr.’s EXCISION, right? The flick was snatched up at this year’s Sundance Festival and stars the gorgeous AnnaLynne McCord. Don’t worry.. if you’re not in the know with EXCISION you will be after today!

What makes me say that? Well you see the new red-band trailer for the thing just dropped and let’s just say it’s all kinds of f*cked up! Seriously… You don’t have to take my word for it though. Pauline is a delusional teenage outcast. Pauline picks scabs. Pauline dissects road kill. Pauline fantasizes about performing surgery on strangers. Her fascinations disturb her schoolmates and her parents, Phyllis and Bob. No one understands Pauline except for Grace, her younger sister who suffers from cystic fibrosis. An outcast at school and at home, Pauline is convinced that the best way to repair her estranged relationship with her family is to perform a risky operation to save her sister’s life.

EXCISION, which stars McCord (below), Traci Lords, Ariel Winter, Roger Bart, Malcolm McDowell, Marlee Matlin and John Waters, still doesn’t have a release date but my guess is that will be coming sooner rather than later.
