Wayne Barrow, a producer on the upcoming Notorious B.I.G. biopic, aptly titled NOTORIOUS, has been keeping a relatively active blog chronicling the film’s production. He’s even started a little video diary, the second of which you can find over HERE. It’s nothing earth-shattering but if you’re interested in how this project unfolds, it should prove at least somewhat titillating. The film, of course, tells the story of famed rapper Biggie Smalls aka Christopher Wallace (played by the right pictured Jamal Woolard) from his humble beginnings to his rise to fame and his untimely controversial death. Angela Bassett co-stars as Voletta Wallace with Derek Luke as Sean Combs, Anthony Mackie as Tupac, Antonique Smith as Faith Evans and Sean Ringgold as Suge Knight. The film’s set for release January 19th of next year.
