Shutter Island teaser?

The only thing I can think of that gets me more excited than a film that takes place in a mental institution, is a film that takes place in a mental institution that stars Leonardo DiCaprio and is directed by Martin Scorsese. Enter SHUTTER ISLAND , the upcoming thriller based on the Dennis Lehane novel and co-starring Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Patricia Clarkson, Emily Mortimer, and Jackie Earle Haley. The film takes place on a small island in Massachusetts’ Outer Harbor, where U.S. Marshall Teddy Daniels (DiCaprio) is sent to find a murderous patient who escaped from the Ashecliffe Hospital for the Criminally Insane. The image below, which appeared suddenly in a Berliner Zeitung newspaper, tells us that this film will be filled with all kinds of creepy.
