Silicon Valley Season 5 trailer and premiere date unveiled!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

The Pied Piper crew are back for another hilarious season of the HBO tech comedy SILICON VALLEY! For the latest chapter of the Emmy-nominated show, the boys find themselves at the heart of a battle for high-tech supremacy in today's fast-moving online market. In order to compete, the team will have to expand in a big way, and as you would suspect, more than a few things are likely to go wrong.

When last we left the cast of SILICON VALLEY, Richard was entrenched in a mote of his own lies, while Jared was planning his departure from Piped Piper with Gavin set to be reinstated as the CEO of Hooli. Upon ascending to his new-yet-familiar position, Gavin vowed vengeance upon Pied Piper, though the crew was not about to take the threat lying down. Hence, it was time to go big or go home!

For Season 5, Thomas Middleditch, Zach Woods, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Amanda Crew, Matt Ross, Suzanne Cryer and Jimmy O. Yang will have to do without the company of T.J. Miller, whose Erlich Bachman character made his exit from the show in May of 2017.

Created by Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky, the fifth season of SILICON VALLEY will make its HBO premiere on Sunday, March 25th at 10 PM.
