Zach Galligan / Clint Howard Bigfoot movie Kampout now on DVD

Last Updated on July 21, 2021

Following a brief theatrical run in Nelsonville, Ohio, the town where it was filmed and where the story is set, writer/director Glenn Martin's Bigfoot movie KAMPOUT has arrived on DVD.

KAMPOUT tells what happens when

Bigfoot, enraged by the murder of its offspring, rampages through the countryside of Southeast Ohio.

A detective, a park ranger, and a Bigfoot researcher scramble to locate the legendary creature before it attacks a group of teenagers on a camping trip to an isolated place called Kampout.

Zach Galligan of GREMLINS heads up the cast, which also includes Johnny Lechner, Stephanie Grote, Braden Baker, Kayla Coleman, and (a major drawing point for me) a reunion of four actors who were in the awesome 1986 movie THE WRAITH: Clint Howard, Dave Sherrill, Jamie Bozian, and Chris Nash.

A new trailer for KAMPOUT can be viewed below, and if this looks like a 'squatch hunt you'd like to go on the DVD can purchased on Amazon.
