On July 25th, New Line Cinema will be trying
something new on DVD as it releases FINAL DESTINATION 3 in a
"2-Disc Thrill Ride" Edition that includes an option to
decide the fates of the characters in the film. That's right, all
you need to do is click on the unique "choose-their-fate"
feature that is part of the disc's many bonus materials, and you can
actually affect the destiny of the film's characters yourself. Wow.
The discs also include a 10-part documentary about the "Making
of FD3", a writer/director commentary track, additional scenes,
alternate endings, as well as a featurette entitled "Dead
Teenager Movie", which is an in-depth look at a sub-genre of
horror films and much more.
