Get ready for The Boy with this final trailer

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Staying excited for William Brent Bell's THE BOY has gotten more difficult with the crazy inundation of clips we've been receiving, but that original trailer is still so strong that my hope can survive for two more days. In anticipation of Friday's premiere, the final trailer for the film has been released. It's a concise look at the film that gets right to the scares without really wasting time on reiterating the whole "rules" thing. Check it out below!

In THE BOY:

Greta is a young American woman who takes a job as a nanny in a remote English village, only to discover that the family's 8-year-old is a life-sized doll that the parents care for just like a real boy, as a way to cope with the death of their actual son 20 years prior. After violating a list of strict rules, a series of disturbing and inexplicable events bring Greta's worst nightmare to life, leading her to believe that the doll is actually alive.

Care for THE BOY, starring Lauren Cohan, Rupert Evans, Jim Norton, Diana Hardcastle, Ben Robson, and James Russell, nationwide on January 22, 2016.
