South Park: Snow Day! Cartman and the gang unleash Snowmageddon for a new action-packed video game

Grab your booties, and don’t eat the yellow snow because the South Park gang is back with a brand-new video game that takes non-stop action to snow-covered streets! South Park Digital Studios & THQ Nordic GmbH debuted a South Park: Snow Day! trailer on Thursday, highlighting the wintery setting, strategy, and outrageous action of a new South Park video game coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC on March 26, 2024.

Here’s the official description for South Park: Snow Day!:

Join Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny in three-dimensional glory to celebrate the most magical day in any young child’s life – a snow day! Grab up to three friends and battle your way through the snow-piled streets of South Park on a quest to enjoy a day without school.

In today’s South Park: Snow Day! trailer, Kyle informs his fellow South Park residents that someone might have cast a Level 10 Endless Winter spell over their town. In addition to the bitter cold, Stan has defected from the group, leaving Kyle with “the new kid” in his fight against the forces of frost-bitten evil. The townsfolk begin panicking as the storm rages and South Park stores run out of supplies, leaving Kyle and his compatriots in a tough spot. As the trailer continues, we find “the new kid” teaming up with others to defeat Stan and his soldiers armed with snowballs, magic, and knowledge of the backstreets of South Park.

From what I can see in the South Park: Snow Day! trailer, the game uses a card system to power up players, granting them magical powers to use against Stan and his horde. Can the new kid lead his team to victory, or will Stan and his army emerge victorious on a day without no more teachers and no more books?
