Although SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY wasn't exactly released to universal praise, it did contain a few surprises, including the appearance of Darth Maul (Ray Park), who audiences hadn't seen in the live-action flesh since STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENANCE all the way back in 1999. Many years after his battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor), Maul has become the leader of Crimson Dawn, a galaxy-spanning crime syndicate, and a key scene in SOLO found Qi'ra (Emilia Clarke) contacting him via hologram.

Hot Toys have now unveiled a new 1/6th scale collectible figure of Darth Maul as he appeared in SOLO, and it should come as no surprise that they've delivered something awesome once again. Check out the following pics!

The Hot Toys 1/6 scale figure features "a newly developed head sculpt with stunning likeness, finely tailored outfit and robe, highly detailed robotic legs, Maul’s iconic double-bladed lightsaber with LED light-up function and interchangeable lightsaber blades emulating the weapon in motion, a selection of interchangeable hands for posing options, a specialized seat for Maul and a figure base." It was thought that SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY might kick off a Han Solo (Alden Ehrenreich) franchise, but the film's poor box-office may have put a blaster bolt though that idea. However, there has been a fan campaign pushing Lucasfilm to make a sequel, so you never know.
