We’re streaming Dota Underlords live on Twitch tonight!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

One of the most exciting aspects of video game culture relates to how the interactive medium continues to evolve as developers discover new and challenging ways to test our mental and physical fortitude. With new games being released every week, it becomes all too easy for gamers to want to test their mettle against uncharted territory. Thus, our own Bobby Shortle will be trying his hand at Dota Underlords, later this evening, an Auto Chess-style strategy game from the makers of Dota 2, one the most successful multiplayer online battle arena games ever.

Here's a description of Dota Underlords courtesy of Gamepedia:

Dota Underlords is a new stand-alone game that pits you against seven opponents in a battle of wits that will have you building, combining, and leveling-up a crew in a battle of dominance for the city of White Spire. In this game, victory is determined not by twitch reflexes, but by superior tactics.

The stream is currently scheduled for a Wednesday, August 7, 9:30 p.m. EST start time via our JoBlo Games Twitch channel.

Join us as Bobby undoubtedly learns the hard way that not all games are created equal, and that he'll have to summon all he knows about strategy games if he hopes emerge victorious. Furthermore, we've got plenty of streams lined up for the weeks to come, with plans to launch our new JoBlo Games Show podcast this Friday at 9:30 p.m. EST on Twitch. Hosted by Bobby Shortle, the JoBlo Games Show podcast will also feature Talking Games and Monthly Reset alum Justin Townsend, and me, a veteran of both the Talking Comics and Talking Games podcast communities. The show will be streamed out live via Twitch, with recordings set to hit our JoBlo Games YouTube channel shortly thereafter. We do hope that you check us out, and don't forget to give us a follow on Twitch. Your support means a lot, and will only serve to help us grow the channel going forward. After all, every endeavor has to start somewhere, right? Cheers!
