Trailer Day continues here at AITH with the all-new look at OPEN WATER 3: CAGE DIVE.
This new OPEN WATER flick, for those who may not know, has an interesting history. The film was written, produced and finalized under the title CAGE DIVE. A short time ago Lionsgate stepped up to distribute the flick and in a number of markets, the studio decided to rebrand the film OPEN WATER 3.
Whatever works for them, I say. I mean I don't know if calling the film OPEN WATER 3 makes me any more inclined to check it out, but to the masses standing in front of Redboxes across the country, the title will no doubt stick out to them and earn the flick a purchase over similar titles.
And thus, it is a stroke of genius.

Three American tourists are making an audition tape of a shark cage dive for a reality TV show. A catastrophic turn of events leaves them stranded in the waters of South Australia surrounded by hungry great white sharks.
