Sheen is Tron's villain

It has been rumored for months but now it's been confirmed: Michael Sheen will play the villain in TRON: LEGACY. Sheen had alluded to the casting on his Twitter page but nothing official had come from Disney on the film (and when pressed directly on his involvement, Sheen would go silent). But today Disney tweeted that Sheen will have a role in the film.

This, together with Sheen's earlier assertions that the character "in fact not a person at all," could mean that Sheen is playing some kind of mysterious computer created villain looking to shut down the Flynn family. The secrets surrounding TRON: LEGACY are being fiercely protected but expect a little bit more of this news to trickle out in the coming months. And then there's....aw shucks. I can't talk about that just yet... ;)

Extra Tidbit: Sheen was married to and had a child with Kate Beckinsale.

Beckinsale and Sheen were never married. As for Sheens acting he's an over-rated actor. His "acting" is a little too hammy for me.

That dude banged Kate Beckinsale?
I like Sheen as an actor. I thought Frost/Nixon was great. However, I just can't see him nailing Beckinsale. The dude just looks creepy, especially in the pic from the article. That gives me hope that I can one day bang Beckinsale.
